📅 Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The item is unused and in original condition
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used or worn products
- Items damaged by misuse
- Clearance / final sale items (if applicable)
📦 Return Process
To start a return:

- Provide your order number + product photo/video
- Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours
👉 Do not send items back without contacting us first.
💸 Refund Policy
Once your return is approved:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be sent to your original payment method
🔁 Replacement Option
Instead of a refund, you can request:
- A replacement product (for damaged/defective items)
🚚 Shipping Costs
- Return shipping cost may be covered if the item is defective or wrong
- Otherwise, customer may need to pay return shipping
