At Pawneest, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase 🐾
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


📅 Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The item is unused and in original condition
  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or worn products
  • Items damaged by misuse
  • Clearance / final sale items (if applicable)

📦 Return Process

To start a return:

  2. Provide your order number + product photo/video
  3. Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours

👉 Do not send items back without contacting us first.


💸 Refund Policy

Once your return is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be sent to your original payment method

🔁 Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, you can request:

  • A replacement product (for damaged/defective items)

🚚 Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping cost may be covered if the item is defective or wrong
  • Otherwise, customer may need to pay return shipping
